Modern slavery statement
Our statement on steps taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This statement sets out the steps Golf Travel Group Limited takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains. We have published it voluntarily, under the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our business
Golf Travel Group Limited is a London-based golf travel business, trading since 2015. We sell golf holidays and breaks through three brands — Golf Travel Centre, golftours.com and Chaka Travel — and work with partners across the travel industry.
Our supply chains
We do not own hotels, golf courses or transport. The trips we sell are made up of services from suppliers, including:
- hotels, resorts and other accommodation;
- golf courses and clubs;
- airlines, transfer companies and car hire firms; and
- local ground handlers, guides and activity providers.
Our suppliers are in the United Kingdom, across Europe and further afield. Travel and hospitality are sectors where the risk of modern slavery is recognised, particularly in cleaning, catering, construction and seasonal or agency work, and in countries where labour protections are weaker.
Our policies
We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking, in our own business or in our supply chains. We expect every supplier we work with to share that commitment, to meet the employment law of the countries they operate in, and to treat their workers fairly.
Everyone who works for us is employed on written terms, paid at least the legal minimum wage, and free to leave their job.
Due diligence and managing risk
We contract directly with most of the suppliers we use, rather than reselling services through long chains of intermediaries, which gives us more visibility of who we work with. When we take on a new supplier, and when we review existing ones, we consider:
- whether the supplier is established, reputable and properly licensed;
- the country and sector it operates in, and the risks associated with them; and
- anything that suggests poor treatment of workers.
Where we have concerns, we raise them with the supplier and expect them to be addressed. We will stop working with a supplier who does not act on credible evidence of modern slavery.
Training and awareness
We make sure that the people in our business who contract and manage suppliers understand the risks of modern slavery and know how to raise a concern.
Reporting concerns
Anyone — our staff, our suppliers, our customers or members of the public — can raise a concern about modern slavery connected with our business, in confidence, by emailing hello@golftravel.group. We will look into every concern we receive, and nobody who raises one in good faith will be treated unfavourably for doing so.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 999. You can also contact the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline, confidentially, on 08000 121 700.

We will review this statement each year, and update it as our business and our understanding of the risks develop.
