Accessibility statement

Our commitment to accessible websites and accessible travel, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

We want everyone to be able to use golftravelgroup.com, and to be able to travel with us. This statement explains what we do to make the website accessible, where it currently falls short, and how to tell us if something does not work for you. Our brands' own websites have their own accessibility statements.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have designed and built the website with that standard in mind, but it has not yet been independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance.

What we have done

  • Keyboard access. Every menu and control can be used with a keyboard, a "Skip to content" link lets you bypass the menu, and the Escape key closes any open menu.
  • Screens of every size. The website adapts to small screens and to text enlarged in your browser, and works on screens as narrow as 280 pixels without scrolling sideways.
  • Less movement. If you have asked your device to reduce motion, background films do not play and animated elements stay still.
  • Images and text. Every image uploaded to the site must be given a text description, and we choose text and background colours with contrast in mind.
  • Films. Our films are hosted on Vimeo, whose player supports captions and can be operated with a keyboard.

Known limitations

  • Forms. Our contact and enquiry forms are provided by HubSpot, a third-party service. We have styled them to match the rest of the site, but some of their behaviour — how errors are announced, for example — is controlled by HubSpot.
  • Documents. Some downloadable documents, such as PDFs, may not be fully accessible. If you need one in another format, ask us and we will provide it.
  • Captions. Not every film yet has captions. We are adding them.

Travelling with us

If you or anyone in your party has a disability, medical condition or access need, please tell the brand you are booking with before you book. We will check with hotels, golf courses and transport providers that they can meet your needs — whether that is a step-free room, accessible transfers or buggy access on the course — and tell you honestly if they cannot.

Information in another format

If you need information from this website in a different format — large print, easy read or audio, for example — email hello@golftravel.group and tell us what you need.

Reporting a problem

If you find a part of this website hard to use, please tell us at hello@golftravel.group. Let us know the page you were on and what went wrong, and we will reply within five working days.

Reviewing this statement

We will review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
